The “Driven to Serve” campaign was created to elevate Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham above the noise of both standard and luxury dealership marketing. Our goals were simple: stand out, earn preference and redefine what automotive service marketing could look like. To do this, we stepped away from predictable dealership tropes and leaned into something more artful and intentional. The campaign used an innovative execution style — primarily still photography with subtle motion — to spotlight the details that define the Mercedes-Benz experience. The result was striking, experiential work that was more like modern art than traditional advertising.
